She doesn't listen to the word "NO!" she just looks at me smiles and does it anyway...then I remove her from the situation and she will walk right back, stare at me and do it again...with a huge smirk (not smile...smirk) on her face. Let's just say my patience has been tried a few times this week.
The tantrums this little babe is starting to throw...well let's just say, when she wants something and doesn't get her way she arches her back, kicks her feet and screams...I have just learned to walk away and tell her I don't like it when she does that...what else can I do? Eventually she will come over to me and play but really? Tantrums at age 1? Ugh.
Honestly, she's the brightest light of my day and my 24 hour Best friend but sometimes she wears me out...and some might laugh and call me weak and tell me she's just a baby (and there is nothing more annoying than that) but the truth is nobody will understand except me...cause she is my baby and my responsibility...I see her at her best and her worst...all day everyday.
We bought her a plastic pumpkin and she insisted on holding it all the way home...
As I was cleaning the family room one day I noticed it was really quiet...I turned the corner to see what Miss C had been up to...she likes to take all the zip locks out...and right next to this mess was a whole bag of mini marshmallows poured out all over the ground and stepped on (pic not working).
I wonder what she will be like in a year from now...???

I think that the spirits coming down these days are so much stronger. I believe you. I'm dealing with a 4 year old going on 14. I keep hoping she'll grow out of the drama before she's really a teenager.
Erin...I always think of Chloe when I read your posts about Ana...they are soo the same! Love it!
Cute post. I feel the exact same way with Phoebs. Its a constant tornado at our house with her getting into everything but i would much rather work for her than work for a crusty old boss any day! (plus this kind of work is priceless. Love being a mom!)
Welcome to life with a one year old. Hang in there, it gets worse :) and better!!! love our babies!!!
Haha...yes welcome to it!! She is so cute, she looks so much like her daddy!! Owen has become quite the terror too, he is a climber and loves to climb up on top of the kitchen table...scary!! Crazy kids! Miss you a ton!
