Our day started off right with a yummy bagel breakfast! After our bellies were full we headed over to the park for some fun volleyball! Although I mostly just stood around and waited for the ball come to me our team didn't do all that bad...thanks Curt for picking up my slack! You rock!
Here is Michael and I after 2 games...laying in the little shade the park provided and drinking a ton of water.
My mom and I headed back to the house a little early to clean and prepare some food. Here is the center piece we came up with!
When the rest of the family joined us we all jumped in the pool to cool off! We love having the Rodriguez pool...it's so nice and refreshing! 
A ping pong tourny is a must on the fourth of July...
while we waited for our turn we loved playing with this little cutie, his brother and the rest of the adorable girls. 
Michael started up the BBQ for us! Delicious homemade hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, watermelon and chips!
The day was coming to an end and the girls were so excited for the Pinata!! We stuffed it with candy and got it all ready! Here they are taking a wack at it. After a couple rounds we had to pull Tricia in to help. She got a small part open for Madison to finish off and finally all the candy fell out. The kids grabbed their baggies and filled them with sweets.
Grant ended up with the most!!
