This weekend Michael and I had the opportunity to watch my nieces, Madison and Anna, while my sister took on a half marathon in St. George. We had so much fun! The girls started their weekend off with a sleep over with grandma!! Michael and I picked them up early Saturday morning. We took them back to their house and while Michael spent the morning detailing my sisters mini van I got the girls ready for the beach. When Michael was finished we were off to Salt Creek. I knew the girls would be a little grumpy and tired..due to their late night blast with Grandma...but they were so good. Michael dug a huge hole in the sand for the girls and surprisingly they were entertained the whole time. We all went down in the water and put our feet in...the girls were so brave and would jump in and "Fall" into the water. Brrr! After the beach we took the girls to Grandma and Grandpa's pool...unfortunately they were getting ready for their big "Cinco De Mayo" party and we weren't able to go in the spa...No biggie...we went back to Jenn's house...I bathed the girls and we had fun coloring and doing puzzles while Michael finished his last touches on the car. When he was finished We went to subway and got some yummy sandwiches to take to the park. We ate on our blanket and had a wonderful picnic! It was so fun. The girls were extremely tired so when we got home we watched a movie and off to bed they went...without a single tear!! AMAZING! Sunday we took the girls to church...and then home we went to take naps and wait for Mommy, Daddy and Claire! We loved watching the girls...it's amazing how much I can love my nieces and nephew...they aren't even my own kids...but I love them just the same! I am so lucky to be able to live close to my family!

I went to Salt Creek once and really liked it. I miss the beach.
Madison (the older one right?) looks just like you when you were little. I love it :)
