
This past week I have not only been lazy (I didn't run once) but soo tired. I'll admit...I am always tired and I can always sleep...anytime...anywhere! But this week it has been complete exhaustion. I go to bed so early and I still have a hard time waking up in the morning. On Friday I took a 2 hour...yes...2 hour long nap. Not only was it a nap...it was a DEEP sleep, you know the kind where you can't move and can't wake yourself up! Last night I tried desperately to stay awake while waiting for Michael to get home from work (11:30pm) I failed completely and passed out on the couch at 8pm. At least I stayed on the couch =) (This was only because again...I couldn't muster up enough energy to move..shhh don't tell him that). I honestly slept until 7:30am...and it was torture trying to get out of bed...what is the deal? Have any of you had weeks like this? Any suggestions on or ideas on how to not be soo sleepy?

I totally know what you mean! I have weeks like that all the time! But maybe you are prego?? and that is why you are so tired?

I was gonna say pregnant too til I saw the comments :) that's how I felt my whole 1st trimester. Sometimes they say that the more you sleep, the more you wanna sleep. No matter how tired you are, force yourself on a run, you'll feel better :) Happy sleeping!!
Hey Michelle. That is funny you found me. I never wanted a myspace or anything like this but my sister convinced me! I never ever update it but she told me I had to so I just did and saw your comment.
I am glad you found me so maybe now we can keep in touch since we haven't talked forever!! I hope all is well with you and your husband. If you are ever at your parent's house you should stop by if I am home!!
