Bugs!

Michael and I love our apartment but when we moved in we didn't know we would be living with roommates! Everyday I wake up and I see at LEAST one bug a day...these aren't just ordinary bugs either. It's either a pretty good sized black spider (not black widow) or a silverfish bug. I don't know if any of you have seen one of these but they are the ugliest bug ever (See picture above). Again...I see at LEAST one a day. These bugs live and feed of the glue in the walls, the glue on book bindings, paper and so forth. I hate them...one morning I found one on my sweatshirt in my closet...of course I FREAKED out and made Michael kill it. But now whenever I grab clothes from the closet or a blanket I always shake it out...just to be safe. I even check my bed before entering it...am I crazy? I don't think so...but I have become so paranoid that even when I am sleeping and if I feel the slightest tickle I throw my body and thrash around the bed...again just in case. Today I went to go make my bed and I found a black spider on my sheets...has this little friend been sleeping with me and I had no idea? Needless to say I got a huge hand full of toilet paper and went in for the kill. I also ripped my sheets off and they are now getting a thorough cleaning. Any advice on how to get rid of these bugs???
