HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Halloween is such a fun holiday...especially for little kids. Yesterday right after work I went over to my mom's house for a "Halloween Party." Michael and I dressed up as some of our favorite characters...Ron and Hermione from Harry Potter. I think that we pulled it together very well...especially since we just found things around the house! We all got dressed in costumes and ate some seriously good chili. We took millions of pictures of my cute nieces and nephew. It was Grant and Claire's frist Halloween...they were so cute. Grant was a little pumpkin while Kim and Curt were pumpkin farmers and Claire was a ladybug...after all her nickname is "Lady Claire". Finally after much anticipation we took the girls out to "trick or treat". They were so funny. Madison was very kind, polite and patient at each door, Anna was just ready for "More Candy". After the first few doors her excitement just couldn't be contained. She got a piece of candy and before she could say thank you she screamed in her cute excited voice and said, "I GET CANDY!!!" it was hilarious. After each door she would be running to the next. She would knock on the doors and ring the door bell a thousand times just to make sure the people in the house knew she was there. After a long night of walking and trick or treating the girls were tuckered out! The funny thing is...they weren't the only ones. I went straight home and fell asleep within 5 minutes. I never realized how much excitement and work goes into Halloween! It was sooo FUN!

Michael and I feel so blessed to have the chance to spend this Halloween so close to those we love so much! Thanks for the great memories family.

Michelle I didn't leave you out on my blog I promise. Melis set it up for me before she knew you had a blog and added all my friends/family and I haven't figured out how to add more yet. Sorry that's why you aren't there.

Hey Michelle- ok you guys looked so cute! That was such a fun idea! Yes- so I am thrilled I am having a girl and we are not positive about names we have a couple but the front runner is Jade. We have always loved that name and we would probably do Jade Victoria- after mitch's dad, Victor! It's so fun to be in touch with you and Jen! I love it! By the way- I am tagging you- hopefully you don't mind tags- but it would be fun to learn six new things about you! Looking forward to reading it!
