What Happened in May?

The month of May was crazy busy. We lots of family in town. Almost all month. Everyone knows when family is in town it's time to play and boy, did we play hard!

We announced that we are having baby #2 and then found out a little later it is a boy.

Madison got baptized. We are so proud of her. She's so beautiful and it really was such a special day! Curt and Kim were able to come and visit for a few weeks. We kept busy with all the kids, fun, shopping and of course food.
We spent some time at the beach...look at those legs...yummy!Many...MANY trips to the Land of Disney. 1x with mommy, 2x with cousins and 1 more time squeezed in with daddy. Chloe was delighted. Her favorite attraction is Playhouse Disney...there's nothing like watching the magic come alive in your children's eyes.
Grandma and Grandpa Michel came to visit!!!!! We had soo much fun! Here is Chloe playing at the beach.Chloe laying out...
Chloe showing off her silly side before going to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Michel...Grandma and Grandpa Michel bought Chloe this adorable star and they recorded their voices to sing "Twinkle Twinkle". She LOVES it. We wanted a pic and she decided she needed to "pic" her boogies. The Great Park in Irvine with grandma and grandpa Michel, we were sad they closed down the balloon before it was our turn to ride. It was just too windy.Irvine Regional Park with Grandma and Grandpa Michel: Chloe's 1st pony ride and train ride!I may have started to tear up when I took this pic, she looks so big and grown up. I'm still dying over it.She was soo sure about the pony and soo unsure about the train. Doesn't that seem odd?Memorial day we went down to the San Diego Zoo with the Kellers and my mom. We stopped by at a view point to eat bagels! It was a beautiful day!The zoo was awesome. Seriously all the animals were so active and playful. It was so fun to see them do something other than be lazy or sleep. Best day ever...Polar Bears were an obvious favorite...
This little cat just kept running and pacing back and forth....I think he was waiting to be fed.The Lion...Michael snuck into a forbidden walk way just to get up close...I told him that's why people get hurt by animals at the zoo...cuz they are stupid and do things that are against the rules. He thought it was worth it.Elephants...I don't know why but I always love seeing this huge animals.Chloe thought being on daddy's shoulders was soo fun.
I'm telling you...when do you ever see the cats do anything but sleep in the shade? They were crazy!Best friends forever... This is not only how we all felt by the end of the day but by the end of the month! The 1st week of June was full of lazy days...well deserved lazy days.
