"Somewhere Over the Rainbow"

Come join us, "Somewhere over the Rainbow" to celebrate Chloe's 1st Birthday.

I can't believe my baby girl will be 1 in just one short week. I can't really wrap my head around the idea of having a 1 year old..

We celebrated her birthday early because my brother and his adorable family are moving to Utah very quickly and suddenly =-(.

We invited everyone over for swimming, hot dogs, cake, candy, COLORS and fun.

The whole party was centered around a rainbow theme and I loved planning it all...it was a lot of work and I know the first birthdays are more for the mom's memories but it was all worth it. Chloe had so much fun! Here is the run down of her day...LOTS of pics...and this isn't even all of them. I swear we did a play by play with the camera.

We woke up and Grandpa Steve bought some doughnuts! Happy Birthday (Celebration) Chloe!

These two are seriously twins...straight down to the bed head...it's adorable. Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Michel for this cute Piggly Wiggle t-shirt...she wore it ALL morning. As you can see we had a rough start to our day...not sure what was wrong but she wasn't happy about it.
The only thing that made Chloe happy was a morning swim in her birthday suit...
We needed to put our babe down for a nap so that she would be ready and happy for her party.
When she woke up she was so ready to have some fun!
Some of the Decor...I made her a "happy birthday" banner...this will be used for the rest of her and future siblings lives.
Drinks in every color...I thought it was so colorful and refreshing.
Swimming...(don't ask me what is going on here...I have no clue)
Showing off her "rainbow" swimsuitOpening the gifts...
With lots of cousins there is always lots of "help"...haha..especially these 2!
The cousins enjoying all the new toys... "It's my Party and I'll cry if I want to" Haha...she just really want some of my fabulous cake...really bad! Oh wait...did I mention this is a fake? Look at how hard she is trying...haha.
My Fabulous cake...I can brag on my own blog...
The inside...isn't it fabulous?
Eating her very own cake...Yummy! I absolutely LOVE how you can see Claire in almost every pic...eating Chloe's cake...haha...she LOVES her sweets!

Over all it was such a great day. Thanks family for coming and being a part of this little girls life. She loves you all so much...especially her guys...especially Claire.

Happy Birthday Chloe Girl...here's to 1 more week of celebrating your birthday!
