Mary, me and Mahri
This week at work my counselors and I took the kids whale watching! I have to admit I was NOT excited for this field trip...what is fun about taking 50 potentially sea sick kids out on a boat in the middle of the ocean?? Well it just so happens it was so much fun! One of the best field trips so far! The kids all had a blast being out on a boat...although it was a little rocky only 2 kids got "sea" sick. To be honest I think that Mary, Mahri and I had the most fun. We all were first time rookies out there on the ocean and we were jumping up and down when we saw at least 50 dolphins swimming all around. The baby dolphins were SOOO cute. They were tiny little things only a foot long. It was so amazing to see them jump and swim along side their mothers. It was such a beautiful thing to see animals in their natural atmosphere..out in the middle of the ocean..enjoying the day as they swam along with us.
