2 Years!

Michael and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary. I know 2 years doesn't sound like that long and I must admit it's gone by super fast but Michael and I have grown so much together as a couple. He is such an amazing husband and I can't imagine my life without him by my side.


To celebrate we went to the park in the morning and played a round of one of our favorite games...Bocce Ball! I won (my first time ever)! Then we came home for some lunch and then we headed off to Disneyland for a couple of hours. I had made reservations for the Blue Bayou (the restaurant in Pirates of the Caribbean) a long time ago so we decided to head up early for some fun. The parks were unfortunately a little crowded so instead of waiting in line for all the rides we purchased a "Hidden Mickey Scavenger Hunt" book. It took us all around California Adventure and we found most of the hidden Mickey's. We looked so funny as we were walking slowly and starring intently at the ground or sky. Of course we managed to hit up our favorite rides in the middle (California Screamin and Soarin). When we got to Disneyland we were kind of tired from our intense competition so we decided to relax and go on Buzz and Space Mountain. Finally it was time to eat!! We sat right by the water and watched all the boats go by. We ate FABULOUS rolls and yummy food as we talked about our wedding day and the memories we shared from that day! It was a fun experience that we will never forget.

I love that after so many years together we can still laugh and have fun just like it was our first date! Michael really is my best friend and I love him so much!
